- **Responsibilities**:_
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and behavior to create intuitive and user-friendly designs for our Lab-grown Retail Diamond-based jewelry platform.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
- Design visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces that align with the brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across the platform.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging and functional design solutions.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes
- Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of designs.
- Analyze user feedback and data to make informed design decisions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design workflows.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices.
- Share insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with prototyping tools for creating interactive design prototypes.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- UI design: 5 years (required)
