Job Overview:
As the ERP Trainer at Growth System, with a positive attitude and dynamism, you will be responsible for facilitating the training and development of employees in the effective use of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, offering user support, and ensuring that ERP systems are leveraged optimally to enhance business processes and productivity. The ERP Trainer collaborates with various teams to ensure a seamless integration of ERP training into the organization's workflow.

Shift Timings: 9:30 -6:30
Location: 123/311 Agarwal farm, Sector 12,Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020

**Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation-** Lead or support the implementation of ERP systems, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing software.
- **Training
- **Provide training to client teams, ensuring they can effectively use the ERP system.
- **Troubleshooting-** Address technical issues, resolve software bugs, and provide ongoing support to clients.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in similar field
- Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Fluent in English
- IT & Business Affinity
- Solution minded
