**In this role, you will**:

- Drive the development of a multi-year exercise and testing program that provides the company with the sufficient opportunity to assess enterprise resilience in a comprehensive end-to-end manner
- Direct and maintain sound processes, policies, procedures, and best practices for enterprise exercises to promote evidence collection and audit requirements
- Play a critical role in transforming the resiliency of the businesses and functions by evaluating capabilities, identifying weaknesses, and providing guidance on potential improvements

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of technology experience
- 2+ years of business systems analysis experience, project management experience or a combination of both
- 2 + years of Business Continuity/Business Resiliency experience
- Or applicable military experience

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a collaborative team that works across multiple functional areas
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, highly regulated, deadline driven environment
- Solid analytical skills including analyzing complex data
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business partners to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Experience managing small to medium sized technology development efforts within a major line of business
- Knowledge and understanding of technology risks
- Experience working with a large global organization
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

**Job Expectations**:

- Ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hours
- Ability to occasionally travel to other business locations 10% of the time
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location in a Hybrid flex model
