**Role & responsibilities**

1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes and culinary techniques.

2. Menu Planning: Assist in menu planning, contributing ideas for new dishes, and optimizing plate presentation.

3. Ingredient Management: Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients, manage inventory, and oversee stock levels.

4. Kitchen Operations: Coordinate kitchen activities, manage food stations, and oversee the work of kitchen staff.

5. Quality Control: Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality and taste standards.

6. Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 70 per week
