**Job Purpose**

We are seeking a visionary Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our leadership team. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker and a proactive executor who is passionate about driving revenue growth and scaling business operations. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, hiring and building teams, exploring new market opportunities, and building robust relationships with clients and partners. This position offers very attractive equity options and a sales-driven commission structure, reflecting our commitment to rewarding high performance and significant contributions to our success. PropWealth is an online marketplace to invest in high-quality commercial real estate. Our Real Estate Investment Platform (REIP) connects investors to pre-vetted real estate opportunities and gives them the freedom to invest in lucrative property at a fraction of the cost and the traditional way.

Real estate has provided generations of investors with wealth. However, it has historically been reserved for those with specialized knowledge, the right connections and access to great amounts of capital. This has kept investing in real estate out of reach for most - and we decided to fix this undesirable predicament through the use of technology.

**Company’s Current Status**

Icrowd Online Platform Private Limited is a ‘Start-up India’ and ‘Start In Uttar Pradesh’ recognized start-up by DPIIT & Department of IT & Electronics, GoUP respectively. ‘PropWealth’ is the trade name and is in the process of registration.

We are a pre-revenue company ready to enter the market. Web portal + Client Dashboard is ready and hosted on AWS and paid until June 2025.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Recruit and train the start-up team
- Developing the business model and running the operations
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for the **Company**:

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (**Operation, Sales, Finance** etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
- Collaborate with **Core Team **(**Board and Team of Advisors**) in all matters of importance
- Lead fundraising initiatives
- Participate in expansion activities (**investments, strategic partnerships, corporate alliances **etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

**About you**

Are you a business leader with demonstrated experience in management consulting, investment banking or business development? You’re a lifelong trouble-shooter, obsessed with identifying market gaps and exceptional at bringing structure to complex problems? On top of that, you want to have full ownership of your ideas and are looking to build your next disruptive prop-tech venture? You’ve come to the right place
- Identify as a business/commercial leader with proven experience in Real Estate, Banking & NBFC, Wealth Management (Equities, Debt, Derivatives, Private Equity, Insurance, Structures, AIF etc.), Business Development or equivalent
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in start-up environments and scaling businesses.
- Know how to run the operations of a business and are great in building relationships across markets and functions
- Have previously worked with leadership teams and you’re comfortable around venture capital investors
- Are an exceptional problem solver with very strong analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex issues and bringing structure into business cases
- Commitment to the company's mission, values, and growth.
- Experience in fundraising will be a plus

**Qualification**
- MBA/PG Diploma in Business Administration/ Engineering Graduate/ CA; IIM, IIT/ Top MBA/ Engineering College is a plus

**What we offer**
- Co-Founder’s Equity (10%) against investment of 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lacs Only) (It is non-negotiable and desirable to have your skin in the game).
- Compensation is comprised of very attractive equity options (this could range from 4 to 8% of the stake in the company vested over a period)
- Best in industry sales-driven commission structure.
