1. Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
2. Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials to supply Vehicle.
3. Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
4. Organise, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals.
5. Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements.
6. Maintaining FIFO System in Godown.
7. Deliver the product to the supply Team on time, every time using appropriate methods.
8. Maintain the management of supplier return packaging.
9. Record and communicate all shortage issues to the relevant Materials Analyst.
10. Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent part shortages.
11. Daily Stock updation to Reporting Officers.
12. Maintaining Godown Registers & Documentation.
13. Generating Stock Transfer Notes & E - way Bills based on approval.
14. Qualification : Minimum Plus Two with basic Computer knowledge
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tudiyalur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
