Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct detailed financial reconciliation for all eCommerce transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets, creating financial reports, dashboards, and models that support business decisions.
- Perform profit calculation at the SKU level, analyzing costs, revenues, and margins to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide financial insights and support strategic planning efforts.
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eCommerce financial policies, regulations, and best practices, implementing changes and improvements to internal processes as needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing accurate financial data and analysis to support business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for experience in an eCommerce environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and familiarity with accounting software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
