Akar InfoMedia Pvt. Ltd. an organization operating in the field of B2B publications and events for 17 years, is seeking to hire a talented individual who has the ability to assess and manage large amounts of data.

**Responsibilities**:
Enhancing Database Effectiveness

Assess and analyze the currently available data and create a structure which assists in managing the same to easily cater to future requirements.

Collaborate with different teams to enhance the scalability and performance of existing database architecture.

Co-ordinate with various teams to keep on improve / enhancing the database and also collating the same from various sources.

Develop data security and restoration policies, procedures, and controls.

Protect data by ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Implement backup and recovery plans to prevent data loss or corruption.

Monitor database performance and capacity.

**Software Management**:
Install, configure, and upgrade database software and related tools.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

In-depth knowledge of database technologies & software

Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or computer science, or a related field.

Must have prior experience of 2-3 years of Database Management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
