Field Coordinator

**Position: 1. Field -Supervisor/Coordinator -**0-2 years

**Position: 2. Sr. Field Supervisor /Coordinator **2-8 years (in Bank/Microfinance/FI/NBFC/BFSI/Collection/Sales/Fieldwork etc.)

**Location: North 24 Parganas district.**

Salary : Good salary+All benefits-Provident fund/Gratuity/Insurance coverage/TA, DA /Petrol allowance

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job type : Permanent

**Role**:

- Managing a team of Business Correspondents & Field executive
- Relationship Management with company and Bank Branch.
- Agent assisted commerce, Doorstep banking transactions.
- Account opening, Loan processing, Loans Documentation, verification, disbursement, repayment collections etc.
- Wallet top-up
- Fund/Wage/ Pension disbursement to beneficiaries.
- Bill Payments ,Remittance ,Fund transfer
- Aadhaar enabled payments
- Willing to travel in your Region

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
