**Position: Marketing Executive**

Role Summary

Responsibilities include manage and oversees execution of marketing strategies. Support the work team on projects and provide activities aimed at developing marketing strategies and campaigns with overall goal of maximizing company profit

Reporting to Showroom Manager

Roles & **KRA 1: Market Research**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies.
- Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness.
- Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information.
- Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities.

**KPIs**
- Accurate data analysis.
- Progressive market trend Updation.
- Timely analysis of strategies and trending brand setter.

**KRA 2: Networking and Coordination**
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Ensuring adherence to clients' specifications.
- Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed.
- Adhering to time and financial restrictions.
- Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign.
- Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign, and sharing these with clients.
- Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors and other professionals.

**KRA 3: Report Management, Target Achievement**
- Formulate target achievement strategy.
- Manage sales activities.
- Daily, weekly, monthly report generation.
- Monthly meeting reports.
- Produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials.
- Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
- Oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time

Entry Requirements

Qualification Span of Experience

At least 3 years' experience as Sales Executive, Marketing
Graduate in any discipline with computer skills.

Officer is desirable.

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing Luxury Products: 5 years (preferred)
- Marketing Jewelry Products: 5 years (preferred)
