**SUKANYA CLASSES**, a reputed educational institution dedicated to providing quality education, is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a Regular Faculty for Geography. As a Class I-XII Geography Faculty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the geographical knowledge and understanding of our students. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about teaching and with a strong grasp of geographic concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards, catering to the diverse learning needs of students from Class I to XII.
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction, ensuring a deep understanding of geographical concepts, map reading, environmental studies, and current global issues.
- Create an inclusive and positive learning environment that fosters active student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and technology to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop teaching materials, exchange best practices, and contribute to curriculum enhancement.
- Monitor individual student performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide additional support or remedial guidance as needed.
- Cultivate an appreciation for the environment and the world around us, encouraging students to develop a global perspective.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Geography or a related field preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in Geography for Class I to XII in a recognized educational institution.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of geographical concepts, including physical geography, human geography, environmental studies, and map reading.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and inspire students.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Familiarity with current teaching strategies, educational technology, and online learning platforms is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
