**Working days : Monday - Friday (Sat and Sun Fixed off)**

**Time : 10.30am to 7.30pm**

Since 2016, the TT Lifesciences has been committed to delivering excellent educational events, conferences and meetings to tightly targeted audiences in highly regulated industries. At that time, most of the educational forums provided for specialised industries were general and colourless. They were designed to have broad appeal to companies operating in vastly different sectors. In trying to address the needs of too many people, they actually addressed none. TT Lifesciences set out to do things differently. We are client-centred and carefully curate a programme designed for our clients’ needs. The result? Educational events that are tailored to the professionals who attend and provide a space for real growth.

Following rapid growth TT Group is looking for a Delegate Relations Executive to join our vibrant team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle all enquiries professionally and always ensuring excellent customer service.
- Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Speak to previous clients and book them 6 - 8 months in advance.
- Work with the lead generation team and create a database per project.
- Speak to speakers and get their referrals booked.
- Work on Linkedin to engage with the clients.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes.

- Confident, articulate and driven to succeed.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Determined, resilient and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- Needs to be highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Excellent team working skills.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within customer service
- Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base.
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Problem-solving aptitude

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
