**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor analytics.
- Participate in virtual meetings and offline events to represent the company and engage with potential clients.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Help develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients, partners, or influencers to build business relationships.
- Support the business development team in prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Conduct research on potential business opportunities, industry trends, and target markets.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with industry news, emerging marketing trends, and best practices.
- Participate in virtual meetings and actively contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, business development, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, concepts, and tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tactics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks.
- Availability to join virtual meetings and participate in offline events as required.
