Oliv.AI is an emerging SalesTech startup headquartered in San Francisco that provides an AI copilot for modern sales teams. We recently announced a $5.2M Seed funding round Our AI engine is designed to help sales managers and reps close more deals. Oliv accomplishes this by automating the mundane parts of sales processes, while enabling sales teams with (truly) useful insights that help you take actions that move deals forward. Oliv learns from recorded conversations, updates sales scripts, and guides your reps to deliver consistently using smart workflows. Revenue teams at Shopify, Turing, affirm, Chargebee, and over 800 companies use Oliv to ring in a new era for sales teams that prioritizes selling and streamlined operations.

**About The Role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Assist CEO's calendar efficiently, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and arranging necessary materials.
- Assist communications for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications as necessary.
- Support and interact with CEO's daily duties, monitoring them for any needs
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

**What We Need**:

- A dynamic student or recent graduate with a passion for Business Management, administration, or a similar field. 1-2 years of relevant exposure is a plus.
- **Technical background preferred (B. Tech, light coding, data analytics, workflow automations)**:

- Exceptional communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend and implement instructions effectively.
- The capability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team.
- Versatile and adaptable nature to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
