**About The Role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Assist CEO's calendar efficiently, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and arranging necessary materials.
- Assist communications for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications as necessary.
- Support and interact with CEO's daily duties, monitoring them for any needs
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

**What We Need**:

- A dynamic student or recent graduate with a passion for Business Management, administration, or a similar field. 1-2 years of relevant exposure is a plus.
- **Technical background preferred (B. Tech, light coding, data analytics, workflow automations)**:

- Exceptional communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend and implement instructions effectively.
- The capability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team.
- Versatile and adaptable nature to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
