**Role Overview**:
If you are a social media whiz who loves creating engaging content, have a knack of writing catchy captions and enjoy staying on top of the latest trends and hashtags, we would like to meet you.

We are looking for a social media and content associate to join our dynamic team and help us grow our online presence.

Communication, marketing, branding, and content creation are essential areas in Verona's growth. Through Verona's content, we wish to:

- Build trust and credibility amongst prospective customers via thought leadership converting them into brand advocates before the product launch
- Challenge current discourse associated with Indian matchmaking via edutainment, encouraging prospective users to approach matchmaking from a different perspective

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Content Conceptualization and Creation**
- Develop and execute social media and content strategies that align with our brand and business objectives
- Independently conceptualize, ideate campaigns, content themes and ideas that resonate with our target audience
- Translate content ideas into high-quality collaterals, including but not limited to social media posts, blogs, newsletters, videos, and reels
- Collaborate with our design team to create engaging visuals that align with our brand identity

**Social Media Management**
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including posting, drafting captions, researching hashtags
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting, and timely delivery of content
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, pop culture, and industry news to keep our content well-researched, fresh and relevant
- Prepare and analyze social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

**Skill Set**:

- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Eye for design and a good aesthetic sense
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and algorithms
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on social media metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Education and Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management. Freshers with good creative acumen can also apply.
- A psychology background or interest in the domain of relationships is a plus.

**Location/Work Environment**:
The Vatika Triangle; Gurgaon, India.

We have built a creative space in a top corporate building in a prime location in Gurgaon. The office is on M.G. Road, a 2-minute walk from the M.G. Road Metro Station. Our team consists of creative and colorful characters, all goal-oriented and hungry for growth (and healthy snacks). The work environment is a mixture of formal and playful, as we all strive to get things done while sipping Italian coffee brewed in-house.
