**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare dough for various types of Indian flatbreads according to traditional recipes.
- Roll and shape dough into round, thin discs for roti, oval shapes for naan, and layered dough for paratha.
- Cook flatbreads on a tava or griddle, ensuring they are cooked evenly and to the desired level of doneness.
- Monitor temperature and adjust cooking times as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of flatbreads.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Roti Chef or similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and traditional cooking methods.
- Strong culinary skills, including dough preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
