**Job Summary**:
As a 3D Rigging Artist, you will be responsible for creating complex character and object rigs for animation and simulation purposes. Your role is crucial in ensuring that 3D models can move realistically and smoothly according to the artistic and technical requirements of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Character Rigging**: Create skeletal and muscle systems for characters using industry-standard rigging techniques, ensuring proper deformation and movement for animation.

**Object Rigging**: Rig props, vehicles, and environmental elements to enable realistic movement and interactions within 3D scenes.

**Skinning and Weight Painting**: Perform skinning and weight painting to accurately bind 3D models to their rigs, ensuring smooth and natural movement during animation.

**Facial Rigging**: Develop facial rigs including blend shapes or bone-based systems to allow for expressive facial animations and lip-syncing.

**Rigging Automation**: Develop scripts and tools to automate rigging processes and improve efficiency in rig creation and management.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with animators, modelers, and technical artists to ensure rigs meet artistic and technical requirements while maintaining optimal performance.

**Documentation**: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of rigging processes, techniques, and best practices for knowledge sharing within the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 12th
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation, Computer Graphics, or related field. (preferred)
- Equivalent work experience may be accepted.
- Proven experience as a 3D Rigging Artist in animation studios, gaming companies, or related industries.
- Proficiency in rigging software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max, and familiarity with rigging plugins and scripts.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, kinematics, and rigging principles for character and object animation.
- Knowledge of skinning techniques, weight painting, and deformation workflows to achieve realistic movement and visual appeal.
- Scripting and Programming: Experience with scripting languages such as Python or MEL scripting to automate rigging processes is a plus.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve project goals.
- Portfolio: Showcase examples of character rigs, object rigs, and rigging automation tools you have created, demonstrating your technical skills and creativity.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically office or studio environment with regular working hours, although project deadlines may require occasional overtime.
- Collaboration with animators, modelers, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of rigs into animation pipelines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
