**Job description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a background in MBBS to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products or medical equipment to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Provide product information and education to healthcare professionals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred but not required.
