Structural Fitter

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Cut, shape, and assemble structural components using various tools and equipment.
- Perform welding tasks to join structural elements, ensuring the highest quality welds.
- Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any design or fabrication issues.
- Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

**Requirements**:

- 3-6 years of experience as a Structural Fitter in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proven expertise in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong welding skills with proficiency in various welding techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain welding equipment, cutting torches, and other tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and fabrication methods.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
