**Tender Executive & Event Specialist to elevate itself into a new era of multiplied business in Government Events.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Job Role: GeM Portal Tender Executive (Event Management Company)

As a GeM Portal Tender Executive in AWOKE, your role will involve managing the tendering process specifically for events and related services on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines, submitting tenders, and facilitating the procurement of event-related services.

Here's an outline of the key responsibilities for this job role:
1. GeM Portal Expertise:

- Develop a thorough understanding of the GeM portal, its functionalities, and the tendering process for event-related services.
- Stay updated with the latest notifications, guidelines, and policies provided by GeM related to event management services.

2. Tender Preparation:

- Collaborate with the team to gather all the necessary information and documentation required for tender preparation.
- Review and analyse tender documents specific to event management services, including event planning, logistics, audio-visual equipment, catering, and other related requirements.
- Prepare the necessary documents, such as bid invitations, specifications, terms and conditions, and pricing details, adhering to GeM guidelines and requirements.

3. Tender Submission:

- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and procedures while submitting tenders for event management services on the GeM portal.
- Complete all the required fields accurately, including pricing, specifications, delivery timelines, and terms of service.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as finance and legal teams, to ensure all necessary approvals and documentation are in place for tender submission.
- Monitor and track the status of tender submissions, ensuring timely response to any queries or clarifications from the GeM authorities.

4. GeM Compliance:

- Stay updated with GeM policies, guidelines, and notifications related to event management services.
- Ensure compliance with GeM rules and regulations while preparing and submitting tenders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the tendering process on the GeM portal.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure adherence to financial and contractual requirements.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain proper records of tender submissions, including documentation, correspondence, and updates.
- Prepare reports and analytics related to the tendering process, including success rates, performance metrics, and feedback on the GeM portal.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide insights and recommendations for improving the tendering process on the GeM portal.
