- **Head Teacher -**

**Position Summary**:
As a Head teacher in the preschool, you will be working collaboratively with the center head to implement the Early Years Program in your classroom of 3-4/4-5/5-6 - year-olds.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Oversee the teaching and caring for children.
- Interact directly with students in the classroom and guide the learning process daily.
- Your daily tasks will include planning, preparing, communicating with parents, empowering your team, and developing the overall early years' program.

**Qualifications**
- Hold an educational qualification at a Bachelor’s degree level
- Have a minimum of 5-6 years of teaching experience in international preschools.
- Have an established record demonstrating resilience, flexibility, collaboration, and creativity
- Excellent language abilities in the language of instruction and main local language (where English is not the local language)

**Good to have**:

- Knowledge of International preschool education especially Finnish Early childhood education is an asset
- Master’s Degree
- Awareness of the local admission process and general concerns of the parents
- Knowledge of Montessori Methodology
- Knowledge of Jolly Phonics

**Location and Employment type**:

- Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
- The role is full-time - 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

**Remuneration**

Will be discussed during the interview process (based on market rates and previous experience)

- **Assistant Teacher **
- **Position Summary**:
As an Assistant teacher in the preschool, you will be working collaboratively with the Head Teacher to implement the Early Years Program in your classroom of 3-4/4-5/5-6 - year-olds.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Oversee the teaching and caring for children.
- Interact directly with students in the classroom and guide the learning process on a day-to-day basis.
- Your daily tasks will include planning, preparing, communicating with parents, empowering your team, and developing the overall early years program.
- Act as a substitute (in need) for the head teacher and support the curriculum implementation, pedagogy, and parent communication.

**Qualifications**
- Hold an educational qualification at a Bachelor’s degree level, specialization - preferably in the early years of education
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in international preschools.
- Have an established record demonstrating resilience, flexibility, collaboration, and creativity
- Excellent language abilities in the language of instruction and main local language (where English is not the local language)

**Good to have**:

- Awareness of the local admission process and general concerns of the parents
- Knowledge of Finland’s education system
- Master's Degree
- Knowledge of Montessori Methodology
- Knowledge of Jolly Phonics

**Location and Employment type**:

- Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
- The role is full-time - 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
