**Reports To**: Marketing Manager

**Objective**: To assist in the execution of sales and marketing strategies, conduct market research, and support sales efforts, contributing to the overall growth and brand visibility of SWAIN ALUMINIUM PVT. LTD.

**Title**: Marketing Trainee

**Function**: Marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Creation**: Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing channels.
- **Distributor Visits**: Regularly visit and engage with distributors to strengthen relationships, gather market feedback, and ensure the effective promotion of Swain Aluminium products.
- **Marketing Activities**: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Swain Aluminium’s products and services.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with necessary marketing materials and support.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with potential clients, existing customers, and distributors to build and maintain relationships.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and distributor engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Any Degree (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in market research and data analysis.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of marketing strategy implementation.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Preferred Experience**: 0-1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related role is desirable.
