**About the organisation**

Navjyoti India Foundation is a not-for-profit society, registered in 1988 by then 16 serving police officers of Delhi Police and conceived by Dr. Kiran Bedi, first Indian woman IPS, and her team of North district police, with the main objective of crime prevention through welfare policing, education of street children, vocational skills for women drug peddlers and de-addiction programs were its initiating projects.

Over the last 36 years, we have been working relentlessly to bring about qualitative behavioural change and impact lives of the under-served in need in the urban slums of northwest Delhi and rural villages, peri-urban and urban spaces of Haryana. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The role of a Supervisor - Training and Production involves training and mentoring rural women, record maintenance, field visits, coordination, and order processing is multifaceted.

Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for planning, coordinating, mentoring, records management, and facility operations.

1. Train the Trainers and coordination with designers and mentors for worskhops:

- Conduct training sessions for the trainers to ensure they clearly understand the training modules and methods.
- Coordinate with the designers and mentors for the skill enchancement worskhops for rural women
- Guide trainers on effective training and teaching techniques and engaging methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the trainers' performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

2. Maintaining Attendance and Other Records:

- Keep accurate records of learners’ attendance during training sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training materials used, feedback received, and progress made by learners.
- Ensure that records are organized and accessible for reporting and assessment purposes.

3. Field Visits and Mentoring for Rural Women:

- Plan and execute regular field visits to the rural villages where the training/mentoring is being implemented.
- Provide hands-on mentoring and support to rural women, addressing their concerns and questions and enhancing their quality to meet the production standards.

4. Coordinating with stakeholders for Order-Making, Packing and delivering:

- Plan and execute the orders of Unnati Products under the guidance of reporting officer.
- Communicate effectively with rural women to understand their production capabilities, product availability, and order fulfillment timelines.
- Coordinate the order-making process, ensuring that orders are accurately produced and processed on time including the suppliers and frequent market visits.
- Supervise the packing and quality control processes to maintain consistent standards.
- Ensure that orders are packaged and shipped according to the customer's requirements.

5. All records are neatly maintained, updated and duly checked with data submitted to the supervisor every month
- Maintain attendance register, manage data, analyze and report every month to the reporting officer and ensure that they are properly maintained and updated at any given time.
- Ensure the genuineness of data with zero percent error.
- Generate reports of various activities as per plan and schedule and submit them to reporting officer for review.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
