ServiceNow HRSD - Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Leadership: Design and lead the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions,

ensuring they align with the company’s HR strategy and objectives.
- Development and Configuration: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD
- Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for ServiceNow HRSD development,

including coding standards, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow developers and other IT teams to ensure

the smooth deployment and operation of HRSD solutions. We have 5 projects team working

parallelly from different vendors.
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation of HRSD

configurations, processes, and integrations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or

equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow HRSD Architect with a strong understanding of HR

processes.
- In addition, the architect may need to design, develop and implement integration with

HRSM/HRSD tools like SAP, MuleSoft, GA tool, SuccessFactors, SharePoint

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
