The HSD Incharge will be responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of high-speed diesel (HSD) at the Tura Dalu NH-51 Road Project site. This role involves ensuring the efficient and safe handling of diesel fuel, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with suppliers and site personnel to meet the project's fuel requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fuel Management**:

- Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of high-speed diesel to ensure uninterrupted supply for construction activities.
- Monitor fuel levels and usage to maintain adequate stock and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of diesel fuel.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Maintain accurate records of fuel receipts, usage, and stock levels.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and ensure accountability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify fuel quantities and quality.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all fuel handling and storage activities comply with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct training sessions for staff involved in fuel handling.
- Monitor and address any safety hazards or compliance issues promptly.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with site managers, equipment operators, and other stakeholders to understand fuel requirements and usage patterns.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure smooth fuel operations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on fuel usage, inventory, and expenditures to the Site Manager / Project Manager.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the quality of diesel fuel by conducting regular tests and inspections.
- Address any quality issues with suppliers and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Implement measures to prevent fuel contamination and degradation.
- **Cost Management**:

- Monitor fuel expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Implement measures to reduce fuel wastage and optimize usage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fuel management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fuel handling, storage, and distribution practices.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental guidelines related to fuel management.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in fuel management within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Professional certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
