**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems reported by end-users and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Ensure network connectivity and resolve any network-related issues.
- Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary optimizations.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and user support requests.
- Contribute to the development of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in administering Windows and/or Linux-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirable.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
