Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the certification processes for herbal and nutraceutical products, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Stay informed about industry-specific certifications and standards and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring a thorough examination of quality systems, processes, and documentation.
- Preparing technical dossiers for the products and ingredients including TDS (Technical Data Sheets), COA (Certificate of Analysis), Specifications, and other technical documents as per international market regulations.
- Preparing technical documents for export consignment.
- Providing technical information and preparing quality documents as requested by the sales team for their customers.
- Contacting laboratories for quality analysis and defining the parameters to be tested.
- Preparing and sending samples to laboratories for analysis.
- Supporting the team in preparing country-specific dossiers. Handling queries raised by MOH (Ministry of Health) and the client.
- Supporting the team in preparation of HACCP and CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) for any deviations and complaints filed.
- Lead and support the business in other UK/US Regulatory Affairs requirements
- Keeping updated about changes in regulations of main export markets
- Able to search published literature on the Internet.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science) required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs within the herbal and nutraceutical industry, with a focus on certifications and auditing.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific certifications and standards.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, ASQ) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading and managing audits, including interactions with certification bodies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Admirably adapted with EU and US pharmacopoeia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Expected Start Date: 01/03/2024

**Salary**: ₹25,000.83 - ₹35,000.05 per month
