Position: Female English Telecaller

Role: Engage with potential customers over the phone, promote products/services, generate leads, and provide excellent customer support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce our offerings.
- Handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of products/services for effective pitching.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Female with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and adaptability.
