Physiotherapist

**Guardian Angel Home Care (GAHC)**, is one among the only 5 accredited Home Healthcare organizations in the country and the only one in Kerala. GAHC is charting its transformation journey and is looking for motivated, self-driven, young and energetic professionals who can lead its Physiotherapy Department.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Setup and lead the Physiotherapy Department at the Organizational Level.

2. Participate and contribute to the business development activities of the department, including setting up targets and tracking against the same.

3. Identify resource requirements for Physiotherapy Department.

4. Support recruitment process and train Physiotherapists joining the organization.

5. Engage Consultant Physiotherapists for home physiotherapy sessions for all locations.

6. Assign, monitor and coordinate the activities of Physiotherapists in the Department.

7. Conduct Physiotherapy Assessments, Prepare Care Plan.

8. Review progress and effectiveness of therapy at defined intervals.

9. Support and assist Clinical Excellence Team in identifying Physiotherapy needs for patients under Guardian Angel Homecare.

10. Conduct and report supervisory visits.

11. Carry out Incident Management activities and prepare reports.

12. Participate in the training of nurses and caregivers in basic aspects of physiotherapy.

13. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and report on a regular basis.

14. Any other activities related to Physiotherapy that the organization assign.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vennala, Ernakulam - 682024, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Physiotherapy: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
