Descriptif mission

1. Prepare and organize reports, source packages, travelers, and other correspondence as required

2. Review and ensure completion and accuracy of documents

3. The scanning and filing of documentation (Travelers, Receivers, FAI's, etc.)

4. The retrieval of documentation as required

5. Administrative support duties, including issuing, updating, data entry and tracking of forms,

6. Receive, process and send information/documentation to team members or internal customers

7. Revise and update various documentation and forms as required

8. Actively be involved in any Health, Safety and Environment initiatives as HS&E is every employee's

SAFRAN LANDING SYSTEMS recherche:
1. Proficient computer skills, experience in administrative functions, results oriented, excellent problem solving and organizational skills, strong communication & interpersonal skills
2. Exposure to or experience with SAP Environment; Microsoft Office software
