The Receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding the organization and its services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients and employees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
**Salary**: ₹8,489.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month
