Die Maker

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Manage the operations of tool.

To plan and ensure maintenance of dies for designated production section in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Ø Guide effective resolution of die breakdowns to aid respective production departments in disruption free execution of activities.

Ø Coordinate with Die Management for timely procurement of dies from international vendors.

Ø Prepare and ensure adherence to the die maintenance plan for respective Section, based on customer requirements and die requirement for each machine.

Ø Monitor die life and ensure unloading and loading of dies along with production and quality departments.

Ø Ensure appropriate preventive maintenance of dies, including cleaning, polishing, repairs etc. as per checklist to prevent breakdowns and production rejects.

Ø Review die unloading reports submitted by Production and Quality and plan for repairs as may be required.

Ø Review die breakdown reports and provide additional comments as required.

Ø BE Mech. / Industrial Engineering / Production.

Ø 3-8 years of related experience in die casting industry.

Ø Updated about the latest tooling technologies.

Ø Knowledge of die maintenance activities including preventive & breakdown maintenance.

Ø Knowledge about material and development processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
