**Job Description: -**

Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Dialer.
- Maintain & Manage UCCE Components
- Maintain & Manage List & Campaign Manager
- Maintain & Manage recording device, Calabrio, NICE
- L2 Support for UCCE + PCCE components and Customized Application.
- Guide L1 team during P1/P2 issue to troubleshoot and take proactive approach on learning, Creating SOP for known issues.
- Maintain documentation in line with the Contact Centre solution implemented.
- Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provides effective solutions.
- Prepare and share RCA for any P1 and P2 incidents.
- Maintain and Manage site inventory and other documentation.
- Support, troubleshoot LCM product from Acqueon.
- Willingness to work in 8 x 6 across rotational shifts.
- Saturday is a working day for 2 weeks in a month.
