**Itinerary Planning**:

- Develop detailed travel itineraries, considering factors such as transportation, accommodation, and activities.
- Coordinate with various service providers to arrange flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel
- related services.

**Booking and Reservations**:

- Make flight, hotel, and ground transportation reservations based on traveller preferences and budgetary constraints.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and services for the organization.

**Expense Management**:

- Monitor and manage travel budgets to ensure expenses stay within approved limits.
- Process travel expense reports, verifying receipts and ensuring compliance with the organization's travel policies.

**Travel Documentation**:

- Ensure all travelers have the necessary documentation, such as passports and visas, and provide assistance in obtaining them if necessary.

**Communication**:

- Act as the main point of contact for travelers, providing them with all necessary information regarding their trips.
- Communicate travel policies and guidelines to employees and ensure compliance.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Handle any issues or complications that may arise during travel, such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes in plans.

**Travel Policy Compliance**:

- Enforce and ensure adherence to the organization's travel policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide relevant information to travelers.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and other related documentation.
- Generate reports on travel expenses and trends for management review.

**Vendor Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on cost, reliability, and quality of service.
