Greetings ,

We have an excellent opportunity for GM Procurement for an well know Interior designing company.

Location : Chandigarh

Experience : 10 + years

Qualification : BE or Dip civil or any graduate

Preferred from Interior or Architecture firm.

Role:

- End to end ownership of goods from purchase to delivery on-site
- End to end sourcing of all items for Pan India as per purchase budget
- Vendor relationship management: Vendor development, onboarding and vendor evaluation
- Coordinate with internal functions and external stakeholders for procurement related matters
- Competitive benchmarking
- Contribution to the bottom line by cost optimization initiatives and negotiations
- Develop alternate suppliers for key items
- MIS: monthly internal reporting including tracking of key prices/ index/ trends
- Lead team for day to day procurement operations
- Stay abreast of procurement trends and best practices
- Manage vendor communications, ledger reconciliations and payments
- Develop procurement SOP, vendor ratings and contract management

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle the team and manage a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders internal and external
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Comfortable making decisions independently.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 9 years (preferred)
- Interior firm: 9 years (preferred)
- Purchase: 6 years (preferred)
