**Role Overview**:We are seeking a talented Communications Designer who can transform ideas into visually captivating materials, ensuring our messages resonate with our target audience and make a lasting impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Visual Storytelling**: Design and develop engaging graphics, presentations, videos, and collateral that succinctly convey complex sustainability and social impact concepts.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure all communications are consistent with our brand guidelines and enhance our client's brand image.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with our content, strategy, and production teams to ideate and execute visual solutions for various platforms including web, social media, and print.

**Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, especially in the sustainability and digital communications sectors.

**Feedback Implementation**: Iteratively refine designs based on feedback from various stakeholders.

**Project Management**: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design with specialisation in Graphic Design,

Motion Design, Communications Design, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a communications or marketing agency.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects).
- Knowledge of sustainability or experience in a sustainability-related domain would be a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
