Installation Coordinator

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Schedules install labor to meet customer deadlines.
- Contact customers to verify installation dates.
- Initiate customer welcome calls.
- Coordinate sub-contractors for specific jobs.
- Collaborate with material handler to maintain weekly inventory reporting.
- Collaborate with installation manager.
- Monitor equipment delivery to ensure timely delivery.
- Responsible for planning & organising of product installations.
- Maintenance & upkeep the Official Files.

**How will do it**
- Work with sales department on any installation concerns.
- Work with installers, sub-contractors, install manager, and material handlers.
- Work with vendors regarding material shipments.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Required**
- Must be GRADUATE
- At least 2 year of Installation Coordinator.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good Knowledge of EXCEL
- Good Communication skill in English/hindi (Verbal/ written).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
