**Location**: Faridabad, Sector 11

**Salary**: 10,000 - 13,000 INR per month

**Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our educational products and services.
- Engage with prospects in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about our courses, features, and benefits.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate department as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective calling strategies and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with clear and articulate communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers effectively over the phone, build rapport, and address their questions or concerns.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail to accurately capture customer information and preferences.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
