As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing exceptional customer service to patrons. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Here's an overview of the key responsibilities:
**Mixing and Serving Beverages**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure drinks are served promptly and accurately, adhering to quality standards and portion control guidelines.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions about the drink menu, and accommodate special requests.

**Customer Service**:

- Welcome guests as they arrive at the bar and provide a friendly, attentive, and personalized service experience.
- Take orders from patrons and interact with them in a professional and courteous manner.
- Anticipate customer needs and ensure their satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.

**Bar Maintenance and Organization**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and arranging garnishes and ingredients.
- Ensure that all bar equipment, such as glassware, shakers, and utensils, is properly cleaned, sanitized, and in good working condition.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding ordering and replenishing supplies as needed.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 year (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
