**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assertive person who can understand the CEO's needs and deliver them with a high level of efficiency.
- Acting as a Task Manager to the CEO.
- Should be very organized with documents, contacts and tasks to help complete requirement speedily.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills to troubleshoot and complete deliverable.
- Should be a problem-solver who is able to overcome obstacles related to meeting deliverable.
- Must work efficiently with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships conducive to collaboration.
- Must give attention to detail, planning, coordinating, executing and follow-up.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Keep track and remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO.
- Manage travel itineraries for the senior management team.
- Maintain relationships with key hotels, restaurants and airlines to ensure that all travel needs are met with high standards.
- Hands on experience in handling international and Domestic Travel.
- Establishing relationship with various resources to get competitive package without compromising on quality and comfort.
- Experience in managing client visits and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Must have worked for a multi-national in the capacity
- Must have experience in Proprietorship organization
- Should be based in Chennai only and he/she should be flexible enough to work in both Vepery and Velachery locations
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Personal Assistant for three years at least in their last role
- Good in managing timeline and schedules
- Excellent oral and written communication, with attentive listening abilities
- Discretion and trustworthiness: they will often be party of confidential information
- Tact and diplomacy
- Willingness to carry out administrative tasks
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
