HealthMug is an online platform offering Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, Unani, and wellness products, dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls in Bengali.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on product usage and benefits.
- Achieve call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Bengali (spoken/written) mandatory.
- High school diploma; degree preferred.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
