Freelance Soft Skills Trainer

**Soft Skill Trainer**:
At Marketing Wire, we are looking for a soft-skill trainer to help and provide individuals and team members with the tools and suitable skill sets for successful interpersonal communication at work.

**Responsibilities or duties**:

- Developing and delivering training programs to employees, that are aligned with business objectives, including the design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments
- Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information
- Conducting assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by conducting performance evaluations with participants and managers after a course has been completed
- Creating resources to support learning objectives such as handouts, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, videos, or podcasts
- Leading group discussions and providing guidance on practical communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 1 week
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
