Jr.executive Estimation

Prepare Instrumentation Capex at various stages (Concept to Basic engineering) & for various classes of estimation (Class 5 to class 3)
- Review engineering/process input required for the Instrumentation Capex. Get familiar with project scope and establish an appropriate cost estimate basis consistent with the objectives.
- Estimate a cost for items for which quote will not be obtained by leveraging past projects data.
- Estimate & validate cost of the bulk items based on quantities / MTO.
- Able to prepare the initial level of bulk items quantities.
- Coordinate with other departments to collate costs related Inputs.
- Engage design/execution/peer for the estimation inputs as required.
- Ensure all assumptions / clarifications are properly documented.
- Carry out Parametric comparison and benchmarking with past project data.
- Must have good knowledge of Engineering codes, regulations, and estimating norms & principles.
- Maintain a Cost database and use data for cost comparison.
- Sound knowledge about process Instruments type (FT,PT,LT,TT) & Automation philosophy (DCS,ESD,PLC) Able to read & understand the design deliverables such as P&ID, IPDS, MDS, PDS etc.
- Knowledge about the basic tools such as google sheet, PPT, SAP, Excel etc

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
