**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drafting and Documentation**:

- **Drafting Legal Documents**: Prepare legal documents, contracts, agreements, sale deeds, lease agreements, mortgage documents, title documents and other real estate-related documents.
- **Letter Drafting**: Draft letters for various purposes, such as notices, demand letters, responses to legal queries, and correspondence with clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders. Customize letters based on specific needs and case requirements.
- **Document Review**: Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.
- **Filing and Record Keeping**: Maintain organized files and records of all legal documents and correspondence.

**Real Estate Transactions**:

- **Property Documentation**: Assist in preparing and reviewing property deeds, lease agreements, sale agreements, and other property-related documents.
- **Title Searches**: Conduct title searches to verify ownership and any encumbrances or liens on the property.
- **Due Diligence**: Assist in the due diligence process for property transactions, including verifying property details and compliance with local laws and regulations.

**Legal Research**:

- **Legal Research**: Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and case precedents to support legal advice and case strategy.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of changes in real estate law and industry trends that might affect clients or ongoing cases.

**Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**:

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- **Government Liaison**: Liaise with government authorities for registrations, permits, and other necessary approvals.

**Miscellaneous**:

- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing legal education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining a calendar of important dates, and managing correspondence.
