As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the aim of promoting, selling, or generating leads for products or services offered by the company. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining communication with prospects, as well as nurturing existing customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients based on provided leads or lists.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, address their inquiries, and provide relevant information.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services by highlighting their value propositions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, or complaints.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and handover of qualified leads.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
