**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic renewable energy professional seeking career opportunities in this sector, preferably with minimum 10 years of experience in the Renewable/CBG/CNG/LNG/Solar business and have been involved in developing renewable energy projects at various pre
- and post-project functions.

In this role, you will drive growth and profitability through exceptional operational execution and support with business development activities to expand the Bioflare Renewable Energy business. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading utility partners to launch new programs and enhance our project execution capabilities on a national scale
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
- Lead the team to conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
- Lead a team to successfully execute projects on commercial scales, leveraging expertise in-field execution, partnership development and commercial arrangements.
- Setting up the meetings and proposals to potential clients.
- Create and execute commercial agreements, define scope of work and set up new program models for the business that enable revenue streams for various lines of business.
- Partners with clients to understand current and future needs and goals, while working to shape clients’ thinking around their own strategy.
- Hold accountability for the P&L across various segments, driving both top line revenue and cost efficiencies to impact bottom line performance.
- Understand and oversee all aspects of site performance - setting targets, driving execution, and holding the team accountable both for individual and team results.
- Implement standardization measures aligned with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Lead business development activities and provide direction to the team on execution strategy and pricing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies/officials, industry partners, and community organizations.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Experience managing projects in the green energy sector.
- Experience with team management - engineers, program managers, supervisors and direct experience with in-field teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in the utility/energy industry
- 5+ years of experience directly supervising field, office, and professional staff.
- Strong financial aptitude to analyze opportunities, determine financial needs and manage risk.
- Ability to effectively serve as a business partner with strong business acumen.
- A demonstrated ability to lead and manage change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of audiences.

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of EPC projects for CNG Stations, CBG Stations, LNG Stations and CBG Plants.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
2. Technical Expertise:

- Conduct Techno-Economic Assessments (TEA) for CBG Plants and Stations to optimize project feasibility and profitability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on engineering designs, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
- 3. Operations and Maintenance:

- Develop comprehensive strategies for the efficient operation and maintenance of green energy facilities.
- Implement best practices for safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability.
4. Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities in the green energy sector, particularly in Ethanol, Methanol, and Hydrogen Plants manufacturing.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
