- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and resolving any issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on delivery status.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics processes.
- Generate reports on dispatch performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
