This Job requires English speaking Professional, with Good communication and Convincing skills. The incentives are paid over and above the base pay.

**Role-and-Responsibility:

- **

1. Assist the customers with online or offline queries via calls, chats, mails or in person regarding our courses, within suggested timeline.

2. Support our current student base with respect to their concerns/feedback and maintain high level of student satisfaction.

3. Provide regular work updates to seniors, esp. In case of any prominent issue or enquiry pattern.

4. Ensure any new communication rollout is smoothly delivered to all the customer and student base.

5. To also support the Admin responsibilities of the institute.

6. End to End Admission Process ,Informing the enquiries about the Courses and the Institute.

7. Follow-Ups of the enquiry

Required Female residing near East Delhi.

Saturday & Sunday working is compulsory. Monday off.

Must be well-versed with all social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.

Required Skill Set:
1. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.

2. Should be soft spoken, take problem solving approach, efficient, eager to learn and have an eye for detail, Multitasking.

3. Should have experience of at least 6 months.

4. Should be well versed with Microsoft - excel, word, PowerPoint.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
