**Job Title: Faculty Chef**

**Position Overview**: The Faculty Chef will be responsible for teaching and training students in culinary arts, developing course materials, mentoring students, and staying current with trends and innovations in the food industry. The Faculty Chef will also collaborate with other faculty members to ensure high-quality education and practical skills development
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Teach students practical kitchen skills, food preparation techniques, and presentation.**
- **Kitchen Management**
- **Build relationships with restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses for student internships and job placements.**
- **Participate in faculty meeting.**
- **Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Diploma in Food Production or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management Specialization - In Food Production.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the culinary field, with prior teaching or mentoring experience in a culinary institution preferred.
- **Skills**: Good practical knowledge of Cuisines - continental, Chinese especially Indian.
- **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
