**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for passionate and driven students/young professionals who are starting their careers and are seeking experience and exposure on the on-ground implementation of large scale government programs. Working with TEA is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful and long-lasting impact in education.

**Overview**:
We are looking for 4 dynamic interns to join our Mission Ankur team. Mission Ankur is the flagship initiative aimed at enhancing foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) outcomes for students in grades 1-3 in Madhya Pradesh. Under the broader framework of the NIPUN Bharat Mission (2021-27), the Project Management Unit (PMU) at the Education Alliance is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the program to achieve the primary objective of creating an enabling environment that fosters FLN proficiency for 25 lakh students by 2026-27.

The School Education Department, MP is set to conduct state-level teacher training sessions, targeting over 2000+ trainees. The interns will form an integral part of the team; ensuring the seamless execution of the training sessions by managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and facilitating overall operations.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop key skills in stakeholder management, communication, and documentation. The interns will work closely with Project Managers, government officials, teachers, and trainers to support the Madhya Pradesh School Education Department in delivering high-quality teacher training programs.

**Key Responsibilities **(Indicative not Exhaustive)

**Operations Management**
- Oversee logístical arrangements, including venue setup, equipment procurement, and material distribution.
- Ensure all training sessions run smoothly by addressing any operational issues that arise.
- Manage on-site coordination to facilitate the seamless conduct of the training programs.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Coordinate with government officials, project managers, teachers, and trainers to ensure alignment and cooperation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the training sessions.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and effectively.

**Communication and Documentation**
- Capture and create content during the sessions, such as photographs and short videos.
- Document key points from meetings, including minutes and action items.
- Collect and organise feedback from participants to inform future training improvements.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports on the progress and outcomes of the training sessions to the senior management.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Relevant degree in social work, education, development studies, management, or related.
- Strong communication skills: Writing, editing, verbal communication, and research proficiency.
- Passion for education, social development, and community impact.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate professionally, and engage with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and documentation tools.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
- Prior experience in working with the government is a plus.

**Stipend**: 8,000-10,000 (based on the duration of the internship)
